Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date your order ships if they are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and original packaging. Items with stains, pet hair, or smoke odor cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Final-sale items are excluded — see below.

To start a return or exchange: redraideroutfitter.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/orders. It takes about two minutes and gives you a label and instructions on screen. Exchanges for another size or color are the fastest option: we hold the new item for you and ship it when your return is scanned in.

Final sale — no returns or exchanges: sale and clearance items; game day, bowl and championship gear; any non-jersey item with a player’s number; Mahomes memorabilia; custom and personalized items (including custom and NIL jerseys); hot-market and date-sensitive items; and face masks (for sanitary reasons). Items marked Exchange Only on the product page may be exchanged for another size or color but not refunded. Jerseys (other than custom and personalized jerseys) are size exchange only: they may be exchanged for another size but not refunded.

Processing time: refunds and exchanges are processed within 2–5 business days after your return arrives at our facility. Refunds can only be applied to the original form of payment.

Gifts: if you are returning an item that was purchased for you as a gift, contact us before sending it back so we can arrange merchandise credit instead of refunding the purchaser.

Damaged in shipment: inspect your package on arrival. If an item is damaged, email a photo of the damage and your order number to orders@redraideroutfitter.com right away and keep all packaging while we file the claim with FedEx and arrange a replacement.

Mailing a return yourself: pack the item securely with tags attached, include your packing slip or order number, note whether you want a refund or an exchange, and send to:

In-store returns: online orders may be returned at any Red Raider Outfitter store within 30 days with your order number and tags attached, subject to the same conditions and final-sale exclusions above.
